I reserve the right to decline or refund orders for any reason.

You are welcome to ask for a quote whether or not I am actively accepting commissions.

Visual work-in-progress updates will be sent in the beginning and middle of the process at minimum — verbal updates can be requested whenever!

A full resolution file or finished preview will not be provided until full payment is received.

Extra charges may be issued to account for complexity of designs, accessories, clothing, major edits to a finished work, etc.

Minor edits to a finished work are accepted for no extra charge.

Payment is only accepted through PayPal.

Payment is only accepted in USD — any forms of cryptocurrency is NOT accepted.

An invoice will be sent through PayPal upon confirmation of the commission order.

The invoice must be paid within 48 hours, unless otherwise stated, or the commission will be cancelled.

Commissions priced at $200 or under must be paid in full up-front.

Commissions priced over $200 are available for payment plans, with at minimum half the full amount paid up-front.

Completion time will be determined by quantity of workload, complexity, and level of finish.

I will always do my best to give an accurate and agreeable estimated time of completion upon order; it will vary.

If the commission is delayed for any reason, notification will be given as soon as possible.

The commissioner retains all rights to any depicted characters they own, or order by way of a design commission.

I reserve the right to display all commissioned work on any personal websites, galleries, etc.

It is acceptable to upload the commissioned artwork on personal websites or galleries so long as it is accompanied with direct credit.

Resizing or cropping the commissioned artwork to create icons, wallpapers, or other graphics to be used in non-commercial formatting is allowed.

Alterations — superficial or otherwise — cannot be made to the artwork itself without explicit permission.

The commissioner does NOT have the right to use any AI image generation or editors to alter the artwork or train the AI.

The commissioner does NOT have the right to remove any watermarks or claim the illustration as their own.

The commissioner does NOT have the right to resell or redistribute the illustration in any way, unless otherwise stated or agreed upon.

If the commissioner wishes to cancel a commission before work begins, 100% refund of the original commission payment will be issued.

In the event of commissioner cancellation during the sketch/thumbnail phase, a 50% refund of the original commission payment will be issued.

No refund will be issues if the commissioner cancels during the color stage, or after the commission is complete.

If I cancel the commission, 100% of the original commission payment will be refunded.

I reserve the right to cancel a commission and issue a refund due to poor communication, rude or inappropriate behavior, or unforeseen inability to complete the commission.

I will never use AI image generation for any reason, or at any point in the process of illustrating.

I will not accept any AI generated images provided as reference. The order will be cancelled if the commissioner has knowingly provided AI images.
